SWACO® MD-2/3™ Replacement Shaker Screens

Replacement composite frame screens specially designed for SWACO MD shaker, which is composed of high-strength glass fiber reinforced plastic and an internal steel bar frame. Advanced hot-pressing technology bonds three layers of metal mesh to the composite frame, allowing each layer of metal mesh to be tensioned separately and evenly. The overall structure enhances the strength of the screens. While achieving efficient screening, it also extends the service life of the screens.

MD replacement screens provided by Yuanpeng is composed of high-strength glass fiber reinforced plastic and a steel frame, which enhances the screens fatigue resistance when subjected to mud impact and gravitational vibration, thereby extending the screens service life.

Three layers of metal mesh fabric are bonded and fixed to the composite frame to from a consistent tension, enhancing the durability of the screens. The reasonable combination of metal mesh can improve the fluid penetration ability and reduce screens clogging.

Dividing the original rectangular grid into two separate square grids has prolonged the service life of the screens, altered the flow trajectory of rock debris on the screens, made it undergo more random movements, and increased the retention time of rock debris on the screens. Thus, drier solids with lower liquid content can be obtained, reducing disposal costs and minimizing environmental pollution to the greatest extent.
