SWACO Mongoose PT/Pro Replacement Shaker Screens

Replacement composite frame screens specially designed for Mongoose PT/Pro series shaker, which is composed of high-strength glass fiber reinforced plastic and an internal steel bar frame. Advanced hot-pressing technology bonds three layers of metal mesh to the composite frame, allowing each layer of metal mesh to be tensioned separately and evenly. The overall structure enhances the strength of the screens. While achieving efficient screening, it also extends the service life of the screens.

Mongoose replacement screens provided by Yuanpeng is composed of high-strength glass fiber reinforced plastic and a steel frame, which enhances the screens fatigue resistance when subjected to mud impact and gravitational vibration, thereby extending the screens service life.

Three layers of metal mesh fabric are bonded and fixed to the composite frame to from a consistent tension, enhancing the durability of the screens. The reasonable combination of metal mesh can improve the fluid penetration ability and reduce screens clogging.

Designed rectangular grid maximizes the screening area of the screens while enhancing the fluid processing capacity. The rock debris in the screens becomes drier through gravitational vibration and random rolling, thereby reducing disposal costs and minimizing environmental pollution to the greatest extent.
