Alpha replacement screen produced by Yuanpeng features cross - square perforated metal panel. This change aims to enhance the strength of the perforated plate through more intersection points. After the perforated plate is bonded as a whole to the metal frame, it improves the screens deformation and fatigue resistance caused by mud impact, thereby extending the screens service life.

By bonding and fixing the more densely crossed square perforated plates mesh fabric to form a consistent tension, the durability of the screen is enhanced. The reasonable combination of the metal mesh can improve the penetration ability of fluids and reduce screen clogging.

Designed cross shaped screens can modify the flow trajectory of rock debris on the screens, making it undergo more random movement, increase the retention time of rock debris on the screens to obtain drier solids with lower liquid content, reduce disposal costs and minimize environmental pollution to the greatest extent.
