VSM300 replacement screens provided by Yuanpeng is designed with square perforated metal panel, this change is intended to enhance the bonding strength between the perforated metal panel and the steel frame. It has enhanced the screens resistance to deformation caused by mud impact and fatigue resistance, thereby extending the screens service life.

Durability of the screens is enhanced by bonding and fixing three layers of metal mesh with the square perforated panel to form consistent tension. The reasonable configuration of metal mesh fabric can not only ensure the screening accuracy bur also enhance the fluid penetration ability and reduce screens clogging.

Designed VSM300 square perforated panel screens alters the flow trajectory of rock cuttings on the screens, enabling them to undergo more random movements. It has increased the retention time of rock debris on the screens, thereby obtaining drier solids with lower liquid content , reducing disposal costs and minimizing environmental pollution to the greatest extent.
